Feel free to email us to ask any questions regarding an item's description, colour, measurements/lengths, etc, we openly invite questions, as refunds are NOT ISSUED if goods don't fit, or are not what you thought they were, we don‘t do refunds, we are not a shop, but we would rather answer numerous questions, than have a dissatisfied customer.
If you’re bidding on a skirt/dress please note, If we have forgotten to state the length or measurements, please ask for them. As calf length to one person, could be knee length/mini to someone taller. We also list items in accordance with the size printed on the store label. If this has been removed, we will do our best to provide you with accurate & detailed measurements. We are not responsible for label sizing, and UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES do we refund money if the item doesn't fit. If it says it's a 16 or 18 etc, it will be listed as such. If the error is mine, and I am human, I will issue a full refund plus return P&P costs.
All items we sell are from a non-smoking/pet free environment.

All items are posted 2nd class/air mail, unless otherwise stated, or requested by the buyer. If special delivery is required, please contact us before bidding to get the final postage costs. We always acquire proof of posting, and will gladly supply it, if necessary. When goods are purchased at the weekend (Fri-Sun,) they will be dispatched on the Monday or Tuesday.
When paying by cheque allow 7-10 working days for clearance. Please remember postage costs are to cover the cost of posting, packing, envelopes, labels, paper and ink for printer, fuel for the car to get to the post office etc. So,
if you don't agree with our postage costs, please don't bid, and complain about them later.NOW THE REALLY BORING BIT.
If any problems occur with your purchase after receiving it, please don't hesitate to contact us, but before you do, please re-read these terms and conditions to make sure we are responsible for the problem before you leave negative feedback. Most problems can be sorted out through communication.
