9. The licensee understands that because this is an Electronic version, no warranty is given or implied by offering this title into the public domain. Where every effort has been taken to produce a presentable and realistic work of fiction, some translation errors may have been overlooked before the final release.

10. As there are many references to physical activities and medication taken within the text, the licensee understands that no duplication of these activities are encouraged, and to do so will be purely at their own risk and responsibility.

11. The licensee understands that the author reserves the right to edit the audio or remove files at any time prior to dispatch at his

discretion. Although this may not happen very often, some subtle changes may occasionally be needed before transportation or release to different parts of the world.

However to avoid litigation, many of them have been given different names, but with regards to characters, all persons mentioned have been given false identities throughout. Therefore, if any person takes offence to the use of any particular name, we can assure them that it is by sheer coincidence that a name that means something to them has been used.
