13. The licensee must understand that no responsibility is accepted by the administration for hardware or software failure that may result during the playing of this book.

14. The licensee should take all precautions necessary to ensure that if they have made a back up copy as above, should he/she part with their hard disk or computer, the audio files of Secrets That We Keep are removed and stored on a different media or machine.

15. The licensee understands that once the seal on the disk has been removed, no replacement can be made if they have incorrectly ordered, and that with the exception of a faulty manufactured disk, all replacements will be liable

to a 33% handling charge. No replacements can be sent for lost or damaged disks unless it has been sanctioned in advance by the supplier.
