Terms and Conditions 1. Depending on the country in which you reside, we recommend you to be over the age of consent to obtain a copy of this book, and you understand that the author and distributor do not recommend this book for family reading. 2. You as the person who obtains a copy on CD Rom from an authorised source, remains the owner of that copy only, and has no claim on its title for any other purpose other than self entertainment. 3. You, hereafter called The Licensee, remain the guardian for that particular copy, and must take all reasonable care that no misuse of it is allowed under any circumstance. 4. Apart from a personal copy which may be made to your computers hard disk, no editing or reverse engineering of the files are allowed for any purpose. 5. No public performance or broadcasting is allowed unless prior written permission is given. 6. No transcriptions of the audio is permitted under any circumstance. 7. The licensee understands that due to its adult nature, no under aged persons should be allowed access to their version, and the author and or any representative of the book relinquishes all responsibility for any legal proceedings that may materialise because of any such reading by under aged persons. 8. You as the licensee understands that any passages that may be explicit in their nature are included for effect, and in no way reflects the personal views of the author or anyone associated with the publication. 9. The licensee understands that because this is an Electronic version, no warranty is given or implied by offering this title into the public domain. However to avoid litigation, many of them have been given different names, but with regards to characters, all persons mentioned have been given false identities throughout. Therefore, if any person takes offence to the use of any particular name, we can assure them that it is by sheer coincidence that a name that means something to them has been used. 13. The licensee must understand that no responsibility is accepted by the administration for hardware or software failure that may result during the playing of this book. 14. The licensee should take all precautions necessary to ensure that if they have made a back up copy as above, should he/she part with their hard disk or computer, the audio files of Secrets That We Keep are removed and stored on a different media or machine. 15. The licensee understands that once the seal on the disk has been removed, no replacement can be made if they have incorrectly ordered, and that with the exception of a faulty manufactured disk, all replacements will be liable to a 33% handling charge. No replacements can be sent for lost or damaged disks unless it has been sanctioned in advance by the supplier. Back
